Minimum Order Price

Boyanika has set minimum order value to Rs. 1,000. This means customers cannot place the order if the order total is below 1,000.

Payment Method

Boyanika accepts only online payment through Credit Card and Debit Card.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Shipping Policy

Boyanika provides free shipping for all E-Commerce orders across India. Following are the approximate timelines for dispatch and delivery of products.

  • Dispatch: Boyanika will dispatch products for orders received within 7 working days from the date of order. Dispatch is subject to confirmation of payment received from payment gateway/bank.
  • Delivery: We ship the products through Speed Post services from India Post. Expected delivery time is 7 days from dispatch. The delivery time may exceed for remote locations.
  • Cancellation Policy

    Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

    Return Policy

    Boyanika accepts returns only in following cases:
    1. Products are received in damaged condition
    2. Products received are different from those ordered

    In any of these cases, customer can return the products to Boyanika. Boyanika will replace the product within 30 working days.

    Customer should adhere to following guidelines for returning products:

    • Please inform Boyanika customer care through email or phone immediately on the receipt of the product about damage or problems on phone no: +91-9437561856.
    • Please retain original packing including tags, labels and products should be returned in the same conditions as delivered. Please note that if any wear/tear, altercations to products are found which are obvious to be done by customer, return won’t be accepted.
    • Based on the instructions from Boyanika executives, customer can ship the product through courier back to Boyanika.
    • Please ship the courier to following address E-Commerce Customer Support, Boyanika, Odisha.
    • Please mention your name, order number and mobile number on the box Customer should intimate about the courier and tracking ID to Boyanika customer care team as soon as products are dispatched.
